Description

Our Casale wine has an intense ruby red colour with garnet highlights. Its strong complex nose varies from the fruitiness of red forest fruits, a flowery note of Rose, a delicate “nuance” of pepper and a pleasant herbaceous note. Its dry flavour, soft with a warm and pleasantly bitter aftertaste, make it well-suited to accompany roasts. Also good with grilled red meat and semi-mature cow’s milk cheeses.
