Description

Our Jeron wine is obtained with Glera grapes grown in the heart of the March of Treviso. This Prosecco has a dull straw yellow colour with a creamy and suitably effervescent froth, and a fine and persistent perlage. To the nose, it is intensely fresh and fruity with clear notes of Golden Delicious apples and apricot that are layered over those of white flowers, bread crust and yeast. To the palate, it appears harmonious, dry, and soft of adequate structure, pleasantly sapid and with a lingering aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with both fried fish and white meat and vegetable pies. Also, extremely pleasant paired with fresh soft cheeses.
