Description

Our Silvia wine is a prime example of our countryside traditions of Treviso. At the beginning of the spring, the wine with a slight residual sugar content, is put into bottles where it re-ferments thanks to the natural reactivation of the yeasts it contains. The sediment present makes this wine slightly cloudy but this is a sign of this natural process.
